We arranged an international convention for 600 people, which included a fashion show and gala event in one St. Petersburg’s finest historical venues. We also organised a team building doing our unique ‘Secrets of Catherine the Great’ experience.

To treat the top dealers of an automotive brand, we showed them what it means to ‘Party like a Russian’. This included eating in the best restaurants of Moscow and exploring its vibrant nightlife. To finish it off we hosted a James Bond style gala party, aptly named ‘From Russia with Love’.

For the top managers of an automotive brand, we arranged and hosted a car rally from Moscow to Vladivostok. This epic rally covered 10,000km over 14 days, 14 cities crossing 11 time zones. We handled the entire logistics and organisation of the rally.

We organised the logistics for a major international sporting event across Moscow and St. Petersburg. We coordinated all the teams’ arrival and logistics during their time in the country.
