All suppliers take necessary precautions to reinforce hygiene practices
– Special vehicles drive through all the streets of the city every day to spray disinfectant liquid.
– 1,5 m distancing is enforced everywhere.
– There are disinfectant gels and special partitions between cashiers and customers in the supermarkets/shops, the cashiers wear masks and all facilities are daily disinfected.
– Local staff checked Each Guest temperature when enetering any public space
– Guides temperature is checked prior the tour. If they are showing symptoms, they do not partake in guiding and notify the agency immediately. Guides wear a mask all time during the tour.
– Hand sanitizers / Gloves and face mask would be included in the welcome pack upon request (subject to extra fee).
Transportation
– Drivers wear protective gloves and masks and do health check-ups before and after working hours.
– Coaches are washed with disinfectant liquids before and after working hours.
-All touch surfaces are cleaned before use and during the tour where participants have been taken off the coach.
-Reduced capacity on coach on request.
-Loading of coach from front to back and back to front when uploading.
-Front seats between driver and participants are kept clear.
-Hand sanitisers are used by participants loading on and off the coach.
-Fresh air circulation where possible through ventilation skylights or otherwise.
Restaurants
– Staff members wear masks and gloves.
– Antiseptic gels are at disposal, all facilities are daily disinfected.
Hotels
– All spaces and frequent-contact surfaces (elevator buttons, door handles, staircase banisters) are sanitized constantly.
– In most hotels reception desks are equipped with protective Plexiglas screens to minimize contact..
– Most 5* properties provide gloves/masks/antiseptic gels for guests.
– All staff members have contactless temperature checks twice a day and wear protective masks and gloves while in the hotel.
– Breakfast is possible only as in room dining. The protocols of safe delivery and removal of used cutlery are strictly followed.
– All ventilation systems are frequently checked and sanitized, the air filters are replaced regularly.
– Hotels prepared special set up plans for conferences in accordance with social distancing.
– Antiseptic gels are at disposal.
– Guests are encouraged to handle their own baggage at hotels in order to minimize human contact.
Museums, exhibition halls, cultural centers
– Special routes are organized for visitors to avoid meeting of several groups at the same place. Minimal contact with people outside
– Streams of visitors are guided to different directions at the entrance by the museum staff.
– Visitors must follow social distance (special lines and stickers for both employees and visitors) and wear masks.
– Staff members wear masks and gloves.
– Antiseptic gels are at disposal. – Timing of visiting sites would be adjusted to avoid crowds.
