STILL ART FOUNDATION IN THE HERMITAGE

The exhibition “Beauty and Style. History of fashion photography. From the collection of Still Art Foundation” presents more than eighty author’s prints of great fashion photographers. Masterpieces of Irving Penn, Richard Avedon, Helmut Newton, Peter Lindbergh, Herb Ritts, Nick Knight and Annie Leibovitz are shown in an installation created in the form of a space capsule.

The exposition tells about the history of fashion photography in the second half of the 20th – 21st centuries and introduces the main motives of modern fashion representation using the works from the Foundation’s collection as an example.

Exhibition will be open in the White Hall of General Staff Building until March, 13.
